Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday). We are not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping due to postal service delays.

What shipping provider do you use?
We utilize our own dedicated logistics team to ensure accurate delivery timelines. Once your package clears customs, it will be delivered to you via local carriers, such as USPS or FedEx for shipments within the United States. Delivery times may vary due to multiple factors including seasonal peaks, shipment backlogs and local courier processing efficiency.
Why is my tracking info not updating?Nothing to worry about, this is perfectly normal! When your order is in transit and moving between countries, tracking will be very slow to update (the package(s) are on shipping containers in the middle of the ocean).
